비행청소년의 가족기능과 학교적응의 관계에서 부모감독조절효과에 관한 연구

A Study on the Moderating Effect of Parental Monitoring on the Relationship between Juvenile Delinquents" Family Function and School Adjustment: Focused on the Juveniles" Delinquents in Probation

본 연구는 비행청소년의 가족기능과 학교적응의 관계에서 부모감독의사소통이 부모감독에 영향을 미치는 지와 부모양육태도와 부모감독이 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 호남권에 거주하는 보호관찰 남・녀 청소년 286명을설문조사한 자료를 활용하였으며, 조절효과검증을 위하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 비행청소년의 가족기능이 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비행청소년의 부모감독이 학교적응에 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 부모감독이 비행청소년의 가족기능과 학교적응간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 비행청소년부모의 애착적 및 감독적 양육태도 및개방적 가족의사소통을 증진시켜줄 수 있는 교육프로그램에 대한 교정사회사업의 실천적 방향성을 제안하였다.

This research has the purpose to test the moderating effect of parental monitoring on the relationship between juvenile delinquents" family function and school adjustment for juveniles" delinquents in probation. This study employed and analyzed self-reported data from 286 juvenile delinquents in Honam. The results were as follows. First, both family function and parental monitoring positively affected school adjustment. Last, parental monitoring moderated the effect of the relationship between family function and school adjustment. This study suggested the practical orientation of correctional social work focused on the education on parenting attitudes and family communication.
