This study is to provide a high level of training service which is more improved in quality for the current security guard training system. For the 430 security guards who belong to the Civilian security guard Enterprises, registered in the National Police Agency, after finishing the training in Korea Civilian security guard Training Institution, we surveyed and analyzed the data using a SPSS15.0 Version to make a typology of performance change and determine that there are any change in job immersion and the intention of job change which are job performance, through the analysis by training opportunity provision, burden of training expenses, and emphasizing the importance of training. For the analysis method, we carried out Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis, Cause analysis, Correlation analysis, One-way ANOVA, Regressive analysis and Post Hoc Test. The job performance (job immersion, intention of job change) according to the social support was shown a significant difference statistically in all aspects. First, for the difference of job performance by training opportunity provision, the job performance (job immersion, intention of job change) by job opportunity provision was shown a significant difference statistically in all sub factors. The training opportunity provision was found that it gave the effects to the job performance. For the training of civilian security security guards, it showed a higher job immersion and intention of job change, the more the training opportunity was provided. As the civilian security guards could share the information of various civilian security guards enterprises while taking the course of security guard training, the intention of job change to the enterprises with better benefits after obtaining the certificate of completion of security guard training, was shown much higher. This reflects that the awareness of security guards was also getting higher due to the training. Second, the difference of social support by emphasizing the importance of training was shown a significant difference statistically in all sub factors of job performance by emphasizing the importance of training. As the importance of training was stressed by the security guard enterprises, it is found that the job immersion and the intention of job change would be high if the training was provided. The effect that the social support gave to the job immersion and the intention of job change of job performance was found positive(+) which is significant statistically. This shows that the job intention and the intention of job change will rise when the training for the security guards was supported socially. From this, it was found that the job effect could be improved if the social environment with job condition for the security guards to be trained was provided through the social supports such as providing the training opportunity and training fees for security guards, and the recognition of the importance of training.
본 연구는 현재 경비원교육훈련 교육에 대하여 질적인 향상과 수준 높은 교육 서비스를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 한국 민간경비교육기관에서 교육을 수료한 경찰청에 등록된 민간경비업체 경비원 439명을 대상으로 경비업체에서의 교육기회제공, 교육비부담, 교육 중요성 강조 분석을 통해 성과변화를 유형화(Typology)하고, 직무성과인 직무몰입, 이직의도의 변화가 있는가를 규명하기 위하여 SPSS15.0 Version을 사용하여 분석하였으며 분석방법으로는 빈도분석(frequency), 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 일원변량분석(One-wayANOVA),회귀분석(regressive analysis) 사후다중비교(post hoc test)을 실시하였다. 사회적지지에 따른 직무성과(직무몰입, 이직의도)는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 첫째, 교육기회제공에 따른 직무성과의 차이에서는 교육기회제공에 따른 직무성과(직무몰입, 이직의도) 모든 하위요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 민간경비원의 교육훈련에서 교육기회제공을 많이 받을수록 직무몰입과 이직의도가 높게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 여러 경비업체의 민간경비원이 교육기관에서 교육 중에 여러 회사의 정보를 공유로 인해 경비원들이 경비원교육 이수증 교부 후 보다 나은 조건의 회사로 이직의도가 높게 나타난 것이다. 교육제공으로 경비원의 의식도 높아졌다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 교육중요성강조에 따른 사회적지지 차이에서는 교육의 중요성강조에 따른 직무성과 모든 하위요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 경비업체에서 교육의 중요성이 강조되어져 교육이 이루어질 때 직무몰입과 이직의도가 높게 나타는 것을 알 수 있다. 사회적지지가 직무성과의 직무몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사회적으로 교육훈련을 지지해 주었을 때 직무몰입과 이직의도도 상승한다는 것으로 사회적지지인 경비원의 교육기회제공과 교육비제공, 교육의 중요성 인식을 통하여 경비원교육을 받을 수 있는 업무조건의 사회적환경이 되었을 때 직무효과를 향상 시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
