This study reports the performance of the self-calibration of SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) image using the standard microprobe and the parallel projection equation. As a result, the maximum error of 3D positions acquired by this method did not exceed 5 m. Stereo images of three rock samples before and after weathering were acquired from SEM. Then DSM(Digital Surface Model) was generated based on the digital microphotogrammetry. Two samples of DSM reflect shape and characteristic of sample surface in a very effective way. This study shows that micro scale variation of rock volume due to weathering can be presented using the DSM.
본 연구에서는 표준시료와 평행투영 방정식을 이용하여 SEM 영상에 대한 자체검정을 실시 하였다. 그 결과, 3차원 위치를 최대오차 5 m 이내의 정확도로 추출할 수 있었다. 또한 암석시료의 3개 샘플에 대하여 SEM으로 풍화 전, 후 입체영상을 획득하고, 이로부터 수치 마이크로사진측량기법을 적용하여 DSM을 작성한 결과, 2개의 샘플이 전반적으로 대상시료에 대한 표면의 형상과 특성을 잘 반영한 것으로 판단되어지며, 이를 이용하여 풍화에 의한 체적변화량을 제시할 수 있었다.
