MEH-PPV 와 PCBM을 이용한 태양전지 제작 및 I-V 특성 분석

Fabrication and analysis of I-V characteristics of the solar cells based on the MEH-PPV and PCBM

Polymer solar cells based on the MEH-PPV(poly(2-methoxy-5-(2"-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene) and PCBM(fullerene derivative [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester) were fabricated by spin casting, and characterized with electrical and optical measurement. The Solar Cell device structures were ITO/PEDOT/MEH-PPV:PCBM/TIO2/Al and ITO/PEDOT/MEH-PPV/TIO2/Al. A solar simulator was using AM 1.5 illumination condition for measuring the current-voltages. The current density Jsc was 2.25mA/㎠, open circuit voltage Voc was 0.62V, and FF (Fill Factor)was 38.55% in MEH-PPV:PCBM active layer device. The current density Jsc was 169.8μA/㎠, open circuit voltage Voc was 0.63V, and FFwas 30.45% in MEH-PPV active layer device. The improved performance has been achieved with blend polymer MEH-PPV with PCBM in a ratio of 1 : 3 by weight.

MEH-PPV(poly(2-methoxy-5-(2"-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene)를 이용한 고분자 태양전지와 PCBM(fullerene derivative [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester)을 갖는 고분자 태양전지가 스핀 코팅 방법에 의해 제작되고 전기적 광학적 특성이 측정되었다. 태양전지 소자 구조는 ITO/PEDOT/MEH-PPV: PCBM/TIOx/Al와 ITO/PEDOT/MEH-PPV/TIOx/Al이다. 전류-전압 측정을 위해 솔라시뮬레이터를 AM1.5 조건으로 이용하였다. MEH-PPV:PCBM 활성층 소자에서 전류밀도 Jsc는 2.25㎃/㎠, 개방전압 Voc는 0.62V 이고 FF(Fill Factor)는 38.55%이다. MEH-PPV 활성층 소자의 Jsc는 169.8μA/㎠, 개방전압 Voc는 0.63V, 곡선인자 F.F는 30.45%이다. MEH-PPV:PCBM 소자에서 더욱 좋은 성능을 갖게 되었고, 이때 사용된 중량 비는 1:3이다.
