알폰스 무하 ‘사계’의 아르누보 양식을 활용한 가체 디자인 연구

Study of design ‘Gache’ used Art Nouveau of ‘The Four Season’ by Alphonse Mucha

In the modern age, artistic activities are expressed in the sharing of various cultures. As the distance between the worlds narrowed and many exchanges were made, the characteristics were combined to create another beauty. Based on the characteristics of the Art Nouveau style which has motive in nature , I expressed Gache of Korean woman by applying the "Four Seasons" of Alphonse Mucha. This study aims to satisfy the artistic side and to provide basic data of creative hair design. The analysis of Art Nouveau was done through the books of domestic and foreign, the precedent, and journals, and the Internet. Based on the analysis of the form, I will propose the design of the Gache by applying color and design. Based on the characteristics of art nouveau, four pieces of work were proposed using materials such as Gache, flower, cloth, and accessories. The spring embodies an organic relationship with a motif of butterflies and flowers. As a motive of color and the form of waves, The summer expressed flowers harmoniously. Autumn is the motif of the petal shape the fallen flowers and autumn reeds were brought together. In the winter, the snow-covered mountain is the motif. Based on this work, first of all, i would like to present creative design by expressing the colors and characteristics of art style Art Nouveau with hair design. Second, based on Art Nouveau style, it is meaning to expand the range of expression by applying to the art of women in Josun era with various perspectives and methods. I hope that it will be a chance to improve the quality of hair design by laying the foundation of creative and diverse hair design.

현대는 유기적인 영향 속에서 예술 활동은 다양한 문화의 공유 속에서 표현되고 있다. 세계 간의 거리가 좁혀지고 많은 교류를 하게 되면서 각자의 특성이 합쳐서 또 다른 아름다움이 창조되었다. 자연에 모티브를 둔 예술사조인 아르누보 양식의 특징을 기반으로, 알폰스 무하의 ‘사계’를 응용하여 한국 여성의 가체로 표현하였다. 본 연구는 예술적인 측면을 충족 시켜주고 창의적인 헤어디자인의 기초자료를 마련하고자 하는 목표를 가진다. 예술사조 아르누보와 알폰스 무하의 ‘사계’ 분석은 내외 전문 서적, 선행 논문, 학술지 및 학회지, 인터넷 자료 등을 통해 연구하였다. 실증적 분석은 문헌분석을 토대로 색채와 디자인을 응용하여 가체 디자인을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 가체, 꽃, 천, 악세사리 등을 이용하여 아르누보의 특징을 기반으로 한 네 가지의 작품을 제안하였다. 봄은 나비와 꽃을 모티브로 유기적인 관계를 형상화하고, 여름은 파도의 색채와 형태를 모티브로 하여 조화롭게 표현하였다. 가을은 백일홍의 꽃잎 모양을 모티브로 저물어 가는 꽃과 가을의 갈대를 어우러지도록 하고, 겨울은 눈이 내린 산을 모티브로 형상화하였다. 이 작품에 근거하여 첫째, 예술사조 아르누보의 양식의 색채와 특징을 헤어 디자인으로 표현하여 창의적인 디자인을 제시하고자 한다. 둘째, 아르누보 양식을 한국 여성의 가체에 응용 하여 다양한 시각과 방법으로 예술적인 측면을 충족시켜 표현의 폭을 확대하는 의미가 있다. 본 연구가 창의적이고 다양한 헤어 디자인의 기초를 마련하여 헤어디자인의 질적 수준이 향상되는 계기가 되었으면 한다.
