In this study, the changes of granular leukocytes(lymphocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils, monocytes, basophils), immunoglobulins(IgA, IgG, IgM), total leukocytes, erythrocytes, cortisol, testosterone for 1, 2, 24, 48, 96 hours of recovery after single high-intensity exercise were analyzed and a conclusion is as follows. First, neutrophils among granular leukocytes increased for 1 and 2 hours of recovery after exercise and the change was statistically significant(p<.05). Second, lymphocytes and eosinophils decreased and neutrophils increased for 1 and 2 hours of recovery after exercise and the change was statistically significant(p<.05). Third, IgA and IgM among immunoglobulins decreased for 48 and 96 hours of recovery after exercise compared to stable condition. However, the change was not statistically significant.Fourth, cortisol decreased for 1 hour of recovery after exercise. However, the change was not statistically significant.
