This study intends to find out differences among exercise stress, self-efficacy on career choice, and career development according to individual characteristics of bowlers in high school. To this end, this study collected samples of 250 male and female high school bowlers who participated in national scale bowling competition held in the first half of 2010 by using judgment sampling. Among collected data, 22 samples were excluded due to omissions of answer or lack of honesty, and so total 228 samples. The results are as follows. Firstly, there is no difference in exercise stress according to gender and grade. Secondly, male bowlers get higher points than female ones in terms of self-efficacy on career choice and future plan, and there is no difference in them according to grade and period of having career. Thirdly, career development shows no difference in accordance with gender, grade, and period of having career. Fourthly, dissatisfaction over function and one"s play has a positive effect on goal setting of the bowlers while limitations on having private time and concerns over career negatively influence the goal setting. Fifthly, career choice of the bowlers is positively influenced by dissatisfaction over leadership and one"s play and is negatively by concerns over career. Sixthly, career information, goal setting and future plan positively influence choice while solving problems and future plan negatively influence objectiveness.
