The purpose of this study was to examine service quality of water leisure sports facility by using IPA in orderto provide its improvements and suggestions. For this study, uesrs in their over twenties from 8 water leisur esports facilities were chosen as the sample through convenience sampling method, and 328(93.7%) questionnaireswere used for the data analysis. The questionnaire was organized by referring to the study fromC hoi(2007) and Lim & Lee(2010). Cronbach’salpha was 789-.592, and reliability was verified through factor analysis. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0, and frequence analysis, factor analysis, and IPA(Importance PerformanceAnalysis) were conducted. The results of this study were as follows;The first quadrant have 6 factors of service quality - conveninece, complementary facilities, accommodations,equipment rental fee, latest facilities, using time. The second quadrant showed 4 factors - differences, resting place, safety, professionalism & capacity. The third quadrant also showed 4 factors - guiding attitude, diversity, rate, equipment & supplies. The fourth quadrant showed 3 factors - accommodation fee, amenity, cleanliness.
