터치 인터랙션을 채용한 현장진단기기 디자인 가이드라인 개발 - 멀티채널 카트리지 Cardiac Biomarker를 중심으로 -

Developing a Design Guideline for a POCT Device with Touch-interaction - Mainly with Cardiac Biomarker with Multi-channel Cartridge -

The increasing use of POCT devices and the advent of new devices with complicated functions cause needs for the user interface design guideline for those devices. In this study, the market situation of POCT devices has been researched. The target device is a cardiac biomarker with touch interaction, which could diagnose the potentiality of acute coronary syndrome. The medical environment, medical staffs and also the symptom of the disease were surveyed. With the result of the survey the four key words for the design guideline were suggested. With the key words, the first design guideline was made and hardware and software prototypes were produced for the user test. After user tests and interviews with medical staffs the guideline was improved and second guideline was announced.

현장진단(POCT)기기의 도입이 늘고 점차 복잡한 검사를 실시하는 기기가 등장함에 따라 현장진단기기의 디자인 가이드라인의 개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 현장진단기기의 현황을 살펴보고, 심근경색 가능성을 조기에 발견할 수 있는 현장진단기기인 터치 인터랙션을 채택한 카디악 바이오마커를 중심으로 이 기기가 사용되는 병원 환경, 의료인(사용자) 그리고 병증(病症)을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 디자인 개발에 필수적인 네 가지 키워드를 도출하였고 네 가지 키워드를 중심으로 각 디자인 요소에 대한 1차 디자인 가이드라인을 도출하고 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 프로토타입을 제작하였다. 프로토타입을 바탕으로 이것을 사용하게 될 의료진에게 이를 시연하게 하여 관찰, 인터뷰하여 가이드라인의 문제점을 보완하였다.
