Research on the Design of Automobile Dashboard Interaction Interface Based on Interactive Experience Emotion

The automobile is a very large and complex product, made up of many subsystems and components. Among them, the dashboard is the core work information display area of the car, is an important interface of human-vehicle interaction. When driving, the dashboard not only shows the most important information of the car to the driver, but also guides the driver"s driving operation. It is the record of the state of the car and the expression of the user"s will to use. Some studies have found that driving emotion has become one of the important reasons for road traffic accidents. This paper takes the dashboard as the research object, on the basis of previous theoretical studies, takes the emotional effect of users as the research focus, and launches the design research of automobile dashboard based on interactive experience emotion. Firstly, based on the literature research method, the theory of emotional experience is combed and summarized. Secondly, the comparative research method is used to select the top 10 American brands in terms of sales share in 2022 and conduct a comparative study on the dashboard interfaces of popular models of these 10 brands. Then, from the perspective of user experience, with user emotions as the center, the paper analyzes the four parts of the interactive interface of automobile dashboard, including graphics, text, color and page layout, and summarizes the impact of interactive interface information on user experience. This paper attempts to study the impact of dashboard interactive interface on drivers" emotions, so as to provide emotional value for users and increase the satisfaction of user experience. Finally, based on the information elements that can be designed for the dashboard interface, some design suggestions are proposed from the perspective of user emotional intervention.
