基于交际法的旅游汉语教学研究 ——兼谈对旅游汉语教材编写的建议

China has a vast territory and abundant tourism resources. Due to its communicative, cultural, and interesting characteristics, Chinese tourism courses have great enthusiasm and expectations for foreign students. We propose the concept of “learning language through culture and practicing language through communication” in the tourism Chinese course, with culture as the first priority and cultural teaching throughout every lesson. Tourism itself is a collection of various communication scenarios, and the task based teaching method has a complex and time-consuming process, which is not suitable for use in regular classrooms or for beginner level students to practice. Teachers should design concise, clear, and easy to operate communicative tasks in all aspects of teaching, which can also achieve the goal of communication. Our suggestion in terms of textbooks is that there are very few Chinese tourism textbooks published after 2010, and the textbooks should be continuously updated with the development of Chinese society; The Chinese language textbooks for tourism in the initial stage should reduce the content of tourism affairs handling or be written based on amusement projects; Textbooks should include a large number of cultural images and supplementary explanations; Introduce emerging and spiritual cultures that are not yet familiar to foreigners; Increase the number of communicative exercises in textbooks; We also look forward to the publication of the “Outline of Tourism Chinese Professional Vocabulary” and “Outline of Tourism Chinese Culture”.

中国幅员辽阔,旅游资源非常丰富,旅游汉语课因具备交际性、文化性和趣味性的特点,外 国学生对这门课抱有极大的热情和期待。我们提出旅游汉语课“在文化中学习语言,在交际中 练习语言”的理念,以文化为先行,并将文化教学贯穿每一课始终。旅游本身就是各个交际场景 的集合,任务教学法过程复杂,耗时较长,不适合在平时课堂中使用,也不适用于初级阶段学生 练习。教师应该在教学各个环节设计简洁明快、易于操作的交际法任务,同样可以达到交际的目 的。 在教材方面我们的建议是:2010年以后出版的旅游汉语教材非常少,教材应该随着中国社 会的发展不断更新;初级阶段的旅游汉语教材应该减少旅游事务办理的内容或者以游玩项目为 纲编写;教材应该增加大量文化图片和补充说明;要介绍还不为外国人熟悉的、新兴的和精神层 面的文化;增加教材交际性练习的数量;同时期待《旅游汉语专业词汇大纲》和《旅游汉语文化 大纲》的出版。
