창의성을 자극하는 화예디자인 교육 가이드라인 개발 －레지오 접근법으로 수행한「오페라 무대막: 변신의 고리」 프로젝트 사례의 분석을 바탕으로－

A Development of Guidelines for Floral Art and Design Education Stimulating Creativity: By the Analysis of the Project Case of 「Theater Curtain : The Ring of Transformations」 done through Reggio Approach

This study focuses on developing educational methods for floral design as a form of children"s art education. Specifically, it aims to develop floral design education methods that enhance intuitive, emotional, and sensory abilities, which are often lacking in general education focusing on cognitive ability. By fostering creativity through diverse floral design creations, this study seeks to stimulate and nurture creative thinking. Methodologically, the study employs the Reggio Emilia approach, an integrated, child-centered curriculum implemented in public kindergartens and early childhood centers in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Using the documentation from the "Opera Stage: Transformation Rings Project" as a case study, behavioral scene analysis as a qualitative research methodology was conducted to develop a descriptive document. This document was then constructed as a systematic way using grounded theory methodology of another methodology of qualitative research. As a result of the research, 4 top concepts of‘experience’, ‘promotion of execution’, ‘contents of execution’, ‘socialization’were derived, and 14 upper concepts, 43 middle concepts, 34 lower concepts, and 89 bottom concepts as a form of descriptive sentence were also derived and presented as the guidelines for idea derivation to apply to eduational program development for floral art and design. These guidelines are practical guidelines to apply Reggio Approach to floral art and design education which show new direction to floral art and design education copying to contemporary educational needs of developing creative ability by applying educational techniques promoting creative thinking and emotional expression developed through Reggio Approach.

본 연구는 아동 대상의 조형교육으로서 화예디자인의 교육방법 개발에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는 일반적인 인지중심 교육에서 부족한 직관적, 감성적, 감지적 능력을 키우고 이를 바탕으로 다양한 화예조형창작을 통해 창의성을 자극하고 육성하는 화예디자인 교육방법을 개발하는 것을 지향한다. 방법적으로는 레지오 에밀리아 시(Reggio Emilia 市) 의 공립 유치원과 영유아 센터에서 실행중인 아동 중심의 통합적 교육과정인 레지오 접근법 사례의 여러 기록물중 하나인 오페라 무대막: 변신의 고리 프로젝트를 사례에 나타난 이미지를 바탕으로 질적 연구방법인 행동장면 분석을 통해 기술문을 작성하고, 도출된 기술문을 또 다른 질적 연구방법인 근거이론방법론을 적용하여 체계화하였다. 그 결과 ‘경험",‘실행촉진",‘실행내용",‘사회화" 등 4개의 최상위 개념이 도출되었고, 그 아래로 14개의 상위개념, 43개의 중위개념, 34개의 하위 개념과 89개의 기술문 형식의 최하위개념이 화예디자인 교육 프로그램 개발에 적용할 수 있는 아이디어 도출의 가이드라인으로 도출되었다. 이들 가이드라인은 레지오 접근법을 화예디자인 교육에 적용할 수 있는 실용적인 가이드라인으로서, 레지오 접근법을 통해 개발된 창의적 사고와 감성적 표현을 촉진할 수 있는 교육적 기법을 화예디자인 교육에 적용하여 창의적 능력의 개발을 필요로 하는 현대적 교육적 니즈에 대응하는 화예디자인 교육을 열어갈 새로운 방향성을 제시할 것으로 기대한다.
