간호대학생의 완벽주의, 대인관계 만족도, 셀프리더십이 행복감에 미치는 영향

Effect of Perfectionism, Interpersonal Relationships Satisfaction, Self-leadership on Happiness of Nursing students

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 완벽주의, 대인관계 만족도, 셀프리더십이 행복에 미치는 영향을 확인하기위해 시도되었다. 본 연구는 B, Y시의 간호대학생 240명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 행복은 평균 2.77&#x00B1;0.67 점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 행복 정도의 차이는 전공만족도(F=7.488, p=.001)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 대상자의 행복은 완벽주의(r=.161, p=.013), 대인관계 만족도(r=.573, p<.001), 셀프리더십(r=.476, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인은 대인관계 만족도(&#x03B2;=.453, p<.001), 셀프리더십(&#x03B2;=.268, p<.001)로 확인되었고, 설명력은 36.2%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 행복을 증진하기 위해 완벽주의를 조절하고 대인관계 만족도와 셀프리더십을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

This study aimed to confirm the effects of perfectionism, interpersonal relationships satisfaction, self-leadership on happiness in nursing students. This study targeted 240 nursing students in B and Y cities. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program. The average happiness of the subjects was 2.77&#x00B1;0.67 points, and the difference in happiness according to general characteristics was significant in major satisfaction (F=7.488, p<.001). There was a positive correlation between happiness and perfectionism (r=.161, p=.013), interpersonal relationships satisfaction (r=.573, p<.001), and self-leadership (r=.476, p=.001). Interpersonal relationships satisfaction (&#x03B2;=.453, p<.001) and self-leadership (&#x03B2;=.268, p<.001) were the factors influencing happiness, with an explanatory power of 36.2%. Based on the study results, it is necessary to develop effective educational program to improve perfectionism, interpersonal relationships satisfaction, and self-leadership, in order to enhance the happiness of nursing students.
