미용 전공 대학생의 진로 결정 자기효능감이 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향 연구

A Study on the Effect of Career Decision Self-efficacy on Career Preparation Behavior of College Students majoring in Beauty

This study is an empirical study that can affect the future value and sustainable growth of the beauty service industry, and explored the discriminatory influence of career decision-making self-efficacy, an internal factor of college students in beauty major, on career preparation behavior. For the collection of data, a self-written questionnaire was conducted for students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungbuk from September 15, 2024 to November 15, 2024, and 442 copies were used for the final analysis. The five factors of career decision-making self-efficacy were identified as goal setting, information collection, planning, self-evaluation, problem-solving, and career preparation behavior, and three factors were identified as job preparation activity, career search activity, and career experience activity. Job preparation activity, in which career decision-making self-efficacy is a sub-factor of career preparation behavior, was influenced by information collection, problem solving, goal setting, planning, career search activity information collection, goal setting, planning, and career experience activity in the order of information collection, goal setting, and planning, and job experience activity in the order of planning, problem solving, and self-evaluation. Through this study, it was confirmed that the fact that beauty college student has a sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making means that they have confidence in career choice or decision-making, and that they are leading in career decision-making and influential variable in preparing for appropriate career and employment.

본 연구는 미용 서비스 산업의 미래가치와 지속적인 성장에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 실증연구로 미용 전공 대학생들의 내적 요인인 진로 결정 자기효능감이 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 차별적 영향력을 탐색했다. 자료의 수집은 2024년 9월 15일부터 2024년 11월 15일 까지 서울, 경기, 충북 지역의 재학생을 대상으로 자기 기입식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 442부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 진로 결정 자기효능감의 구성요인은 목표설정, 정보수집, 계획수립, 자기평가, 문제해결의 5요인과 진로 준비 행동은 취업 준비 활동, 진로 탐색 활동, 직업 체험 활동의 3요인이 규명되었다. 진로 결정 자기효능감이 진로 준비 행동의 하위요인인 취업 준비 활동에는 정보수집, 문제해결, 자기평가, 목표설정, 계획수립 순, 진로 탐색 활동에는 정보수집, 목표설정, 계획수립 순으로, 직업 체험 활동에는 계획수립, 문제해결, 자기평가 순으로 영향성이 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 미용 대학생이 진로 결정 자기 효능감을 가진다는 것은 진로 선택이나 결정에 자신감을 가진다는 것을 의미하며, 진로 결정에 주도적이고 이에 알맞은 진로 및 취업 준비를 해나가게 하는 영향력 있는 변수임이 확인되었다.
