간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 자기주도성, 비판적 사고성향이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향

Effect of Academic Self-efficacy, Self-directedness, and Critical Thinking Disposition on Professional Self-concept of Nursing students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 자기주도성, 비판적 사고성향이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 G시에 위치한 대학의 간호학과 학생 199명이었으며, 자료는 2024년 5월 10일부터 5월 27일까지 자기보고식 설문지를 통해 수집되었다. 분석에는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-검정, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 전문직 자아개념은 학업적 자기효능감(r=.662, p<.001), 자기주도성(r=.561, p<.001), 비판적 사고 성향(r=.631, p<.001)과 유의미한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 학업적 자기효능감, 자기주도성, 비판적 사고 성향은 전문직 자아개념에 유의미한 영향 요인으로 나타났으며, 이들의 설명력은 66.7%였다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 전문직 자아개념을 향상시키기 위해 학업적 자기효능감, 자기주도성, 비판적 사고 성향을 강화하는 전략 마련이 필요함을 제언한다.

This study aimed to examine the effects of academic self-efficacy, self-directed learning, and critical thinking disposition on the professional self-concept of nursing students. A total of 199 nursing students from a university in G City participated in the study, and data were collected through self-reported questionnaires between May 10 and May 27, 2024. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0, including descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that professional self-concept was positively correlated with academic self-efficacy (r=.662, p<.001), self-directed learning (r=.561, p<.001), and critical thinking disposition (r=.631, p<.001). Academic self-efficacy, self-directed learning, and critical thinking disposition were significant predictors of professional self-concept, explaining 66.7% of the variance. This study suggests that strategies to enhance academic self-efficacy, self-directed learning, and critical thinking disposition are essential for improving the professional self-concept of nursing students.
