Purpose - This study discusses classification and major features of Logistics freight forwarders, Global Liners, NVOCCs and MTOs for the core competencey guidelines on the basis of smart related convergence for future Logistics AI centered Networks. and also studying the three models for regulation of the marine logistics industry and networks. Design/Methodology/Approach - To this end, I utilized an exploratory research analysis method to analyze the introduction of smart logistics AI network convergence as a fourth new model along with three models for the operation of related industrial regulations and rules, and to suggest alternatives for them. Findings – This study provides an overview, comments and recommendations on minimum capital requirements, personnel and training, and liability insurance for establishing related businesses, and presents the results of the review. In addition, other issues related to the classification model focus on the need for compliance, monitoring and enforcement, and suggest approaches. It also recommends a standard template for the main features and references of existing codes of conduct. For this purpose, it is analyzed that coordinated rules for the management of freight forwarders, NVOCCs and MTO operations, and the pre-application and introduction of smart logistics AI networks are desirable. Research Implications – As the International Freight Forwarding Association (FIATA) provides model rules for freight forwarders, these guidelines remind us of our identity as a company that must use FIATA model rules for standard trading conditions to maximize operational efficiency. In addition to the conclusions drawn from the above research results, it was also confirmed that there is a need to actively promote the application and introduction of a practical, integrated, and customized smart logistics AI network that is now being prepared.
