In this rapidly changing global society in modern days, education is the commonest agenda in all societies not only for transmitting knowledge to next generation but for nurturing creativity and global citizenship whether they are developed or less developed. UN announced education is the most urgent and indispensable for improving human life and right in global society through such as program of ESD, education of sustainable development, EFA, education for all etc. It is often mentioned that this century is ‘Century of Culture’ since the time approaching toward the end of the 20th century. It has been so, because information and knowledge become the most critical factor for developing society as well as individual. Accordingly, better system of education is the most critical for prosperity and peace of a single society as well as global society.
