간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 생명의료윤리의식이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향

Influence of nursing professionalism and consciousness of biomedical ethics on satisfaction in major of nursing student

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 생명의료윤리의식이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하 기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. B시 소재 대학의 간호학과 1, 2학년 재학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문 지를 이용하여 총 181명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 전공만족도는 간호전문직관(r=.41, p<.001), 생명의료윤리의식 (r=.26, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요 인은 간호학과 선택 동기에서 적성에 맞아 본인이 스스로 결정을 한 경우(β=.482, p<.001), 대학생활 에 만족하는 경우(β=.456, p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=.191, p=.001), 생명의료윤리(β=.137, p=.016)의 순 으로는 나타났으며, 간호대학생의 전공만족도에 대한 이들 요인의 설명력은 49.0%이었다. 따라서 간 호대학생의 전공만족도를 높이기 위해 자신의 적성을 고려하여 학과를 선택하거나 대학생활에 만족 할 수 있는 다양한 교육 프로그램을 마련하고 간호전문직관과 생명의료윤리의식을 고취시키는 체계 적인 교과과정의 운영이 필요하다.

This study examined the influence of the nursing professionalism and consciousness of biomedical ethics on satisfaction in major of nursing college student. The subjects were students in the first and second grades of nursing at B city and collected a total of 181 data using structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN 18.0. These findings can be summarized as follows. Satisfaction in major was significantly positive correlation with nursing professionalism and consciousness of biomedical ethics in nursing student. Significant factors influencing the satisfaction in major nursing student were the considering aptitude(β=.482, p<.001), satisfaction of college life(β=.456, p<.001), nursing professionalism(β =.191, p=.001), consciousness of biomedical ethics(β=.137, p=.016), and total explanation power was 49.0%. Therefore, in order to increase the satisfaction of major of nursing college students, it is necessary to operate a systematic curriculum in order to select department or prepare various education programs satisfying college life and to promote nursing professionalism and biomedical ethics consciousness considering their aptitude.
