청소년기 중학교 여학생의 또래갈등 대처 경험이 자기 자신, 친구관계, 학교생활에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 -합의적 질적 연구 분석 방법을 중심으로-

The Study for the effects of coping experience of middle school girl’s peer conflicts on oneself, relationship with friends, school life –Based on consensual, qualitative research analysis method-

본 연구는 중학교 여학생의 또래갈등 대처 경험, 갈등 대처 경험이 자기 자신, 친구관계, 학교생활 에 미치는 영향에 관한 내용을 바탕으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 또래갈등으로 학교 내 상담실을 찾은 여학생 10명을 선정하여 개인면담 방식으로 인터뷰하였으며 합의적 질적 연구방법(Consensual Qualitative Research: CQR)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석을 통하여 최종 9개의 영역을 도출하였고, 또래갈등 대처 경험은 갈등 시 대처 방법, 갈등 해 결을 위해 필요한 것, 도움이 된 것, 대처 방법에 대한 평가 등의 영역으로 나뉘어졌는데, 해결을 위 해 필요한 것에는 ‘대화 시도하기’가 전형적 반응으로 나타났다. 또래갈등 대처 경험이 미치는 영향은 자기 자신, 친구관계, 학교생활의 영역으로 나뉘어졌으며, 학교생활에는 ‘공부에 집중하게 된다’ 등으 로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 밝혀진 중학교 여학생의 또래갈등 대처 경험과 그 경험이 미치는 영향 에 대한 결과는 학교 현장에서 또래갈등으로 부적응을 겪는 학생들과 이를 돕는 현장전문가들에게 구체적이고 실제적인 접근이 용이하도록 돕는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This research was executed based on the impact of coping experience of middle school girl’s peer conflicts on oneself, relationship with friends, school life. After selecting the 10 students who visited my counselling center in the school due to the peer conflicts, I interviewed them with the individual counselling method and analyzed it with Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR). The final nine areas were derived through analysis, and experience of coping with peer conflicts was divided into areas such as coping method in conflicts, necessary thing to handle conflicts, the need, and evaluation of coping methods. Trying to make a conversation appeared to be a typical response to the need for resolution. The effects of peer conflicts coping experiences were divided into the self, friendship, and school life. There appeared ‘Focusing on studying’ in school life. The results of this study of the middle school girls’ experience of coping with peer conflicts and their impact from the experience can contribute to helping students who are maladjusted due to peer conflict at the school site and the field experts who help them to have an specifical and practical access.
