예비보육교사의 협력적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 관계: 놀이성, 정서지능, 협력적 자기조절을 중심으로

The Relationship Between Factors Affecting Pre-Service Teachers Cooperative Self-Efficacy: Focused on playfulness, emotional intelligence, and co-regulation

본 연구의 목적은 예비보육교사 개인의 정의적 변인인 놀이성, 정서지능, 협력적 자기조절이 협력 적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 각 요인들 간의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 136 명의 예비보육교사로, 자료수집 방법은 설문조사를 통하여 이루어 졌다. 자료 처리와 분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 개인의 정의적 변인 중 협력적 자기조절은 협력적 자기효능감과 정적 상관이 있었다. 요인간의 관계는 정서 지능과 협력적 자기조절은 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 놀이성과 협력적 자기효능감 은 정적 상관은 있으나 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 하위요인에서는 즉흥성, 기발성, 타인정서인식 이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 예비교사들의 학습과정에서 자신을 잘 조절하며, 자 신과 타인의 감정에 효과적으로 대응하는 것이 협력적 자기효능감에 도움이 된다는 것을 알 수 있으 며 양성교육과정에서 개인의 정서지능과 협력적 자기조절 지원 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of pre-service teacher s affective variables such as playfulness, emotional intelligence, and co-regulation on cooperative self-efficacy and to investigate the relationship between each factor. The subjects of this study were 136 pre-service teachers. Data collection methods were surveyed. Data processing and analysis were performed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. As a result, co-regulation among the individual s affective variables was positively correlated with cooperative self-efficacy. There was a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and co-regulation. However, playfulness and cooperative self-efficacy were not statistically significant. In the subscale of each factor, improvisation, ingenious, and emotion recognition for others were found to be factors affecting cooperative self-efficacy. In this study, it is found that pre-service teachers self-control in their learning process and effective coping with their own and other s emotion can help cooperative self-efficacy. Suggesting that a program is needed.
