의경의 외상 후 스트레스장애 증상, 부대적응, 회복탄력성과의 관계

The effect of Conscripted Policemen‘S Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Symptoms on the Unit adaptation and Resilience

본 연구는 후기 청소년기의 사회경험이 많지 않은 의경들이 부대생활 중 겪게 되는 특정한 외상성 사건 경험과 관련된 외상 후 스트레스장애 증상, 부대적응, 회복탄력성과의 관계를 조사한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 K지역의 3개 경찰서의 의경부대에서 병역복무를 하고 있는 의경 198명으로 자료 수집 하여 분석하였다. 외상 후 스트레스장애 증상, 부대적응, 회복탄력성과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 Pearson s correlation과 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 대상자의 외상 후 스트레스장애 증상은 계급 (p=0.03)에서, 부대적응은 나이(p=0.05), 계급(p=0.02), 종교(p=0.02)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 회복탄 력성은 계급(p=0.002), 종교(p=0.0002), 흡연상태(p=0.004)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 외상 후 스트레스장애 증상과 부대적응(r= -0.421, p<0.0001), 회복탄력성(r= -0.301, p<0.0001)은 부적 상관관계를 보였고, 부대적응과 회복탄력성은 정적 상관관계(r= 0.314, p<0.0001)를 나타냈다. 부대적 응에 영향을 미치는 외상 후 스트레스장애 증상은 과각성(β=-.710, p=.000)과 침습(β=.397, p=.004)이 었고, 회복탄력성에는 과각성(β=-.370, p=.008)이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 의경의 부대적응과 정신건강을 위해 회복 탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램과 체계적인 예방·치료적 중재 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

It is necessary to develop programs and systematic preventive and therapeutic intervention programs that can improve resilience for mental health and adaptation to medical affairs.
