We have experienced a 22year-old soldier with Ganser syndrome. He showed appropriate but incorrect answer, clouded consciousness, somatic symptoms and hallucinations. Also, differential diagnosis and psychodynamics were discussed with review of literature. Therehave heen a controversy in to understand the nature of nosological status of this syndrome. Further stundy is required this syndrome.
