A Case of Schizophrenic Patient Who Showed Convulsive Attack

The author experienced a schizophrenic patient who had one episode of spontanous convulsive attack which was followed by symptom relief. A 33 yrs old male schizophrenic patient showed vivid auditory hallucination, grandiose delusion, persecutory idea, unrealistic thinking with aggressive and suicidal tendency for the past 3 years. These symptoms were relieved following this episode of spontaneous seizure attack
