The authors experienced a markedly psychotic patient who had seizure disorder for 7 years following closed head injury. A 30 year-old male patient showed vivid auditory, visual and tactile hallucination, religious delusion and magical, unrealistic thinking with aggressive and self-mutilative behavior. These symptoms were developed following increased frequency of seizure attacks. For the treatment of this patient, haloperidol and carbamazepine had been tried and proved effective without remarkable complications.
