Playing the game is a popular leisure activity for adolescents and young adults. As the technology advances, the game was more realistic and interactive. There has been much concern as to the negative effects such as ‘game addiction’ and increased aggressiveness. However, The game has a positive benefits such as the learner’s motivation and commitment. This study will propose that the game any affect on learning. The game correlate with commitment, also attention that sub-elements of commitment associated with learner’s academic achievement. Therefore, this study aims to compare the learner’s visual attention between before and after the game using eye-tracking. Learning contents are digital contents(hipe image, interactive image) that similar to the game and textbook contents(fixed image). The subjects were 14 people in high school boys. As a result, Visual attention more higher after the game. When viewed by learning contents type, hipe image more higher that the rate of increase in visual attention. When performed problem solving tasks, hipe image more higher reaction velocity. There are several limitations in this study, however, this results will give important implications for the correlation between game, attention, academic performance and academic achievement.
