The object of this study is to development digital textbook that is intuitive and easy to provide a wide range of content and learning materials for Electric Circuit Unit in Elementary Science by Using iBooks Author. Digital textbook was developed first semester of fifth grade electrical circuit section 5 Sessions, analyzing the science curriculum and selecting the learning content through the previous research. Digital textbook was developed depending on the 5E learning cycle model that is effective in changing students preconceptions of scientific concepts. Authoring tool was used as iBooks Author and Bookry. Photos, Pictures, materials and videos used in textbook were taken directly or collected without violate the copyright laws. Developed digital textbook was evaluated by criteria on digital textbook. As a results, developed digital textbook was helpful to understand the concept through a rich multimedia data and to enable the personalized experiment and to check thoughts and share the results with a high interest in digital divice and variety of widgets. Digital textbooks was finally modified, supplemented and completed based on assessment. By iBooks Author, applying digital textbooks to class and students can be easily produced beyond the limits of textbook. And digital textbook can improve the satisfaction of learners for learning is expected to be.
