A Brain Scientific Approach to Mechanistic Reasoning in Science Learning

Mechanistic reasoning can explain how a phenomenon comes about or how a certain process works. The purpose of this study was to summarize the meaning and character of mechanistic reasoning in the science education. Also this study reviewed the brain scientific study about scientific reasoning and explored potential of brain scientific approach to mechanistic reasoning.
