아동의 모애착과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과 검증

Mediating Effects of Hope on the Relationship between Attachment to Mother and Life Satisfaction in Children

본 연구는 아동을 대상으로 모애착과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 희망이 매개효과를 갖는지를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 만 11~12세 남녀 초등학생 293이 응답한 자료를 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동의 모애착은 삶의 만족을 유의하게 예측하였다. 둘째, 아동의 모애착은 희망을 유의하게 예측하였다. 셋째, 희망은 삶의 만족을 유의하게 예측하였다. 넷째, 아동의 모애착과 삶의 만족의 관계는 희망에 의하여 매개되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 아동 내담자의 상담실제와 부모교육에 대한 시사점, 제한점과 추후 연구의 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of hope on the relationship between attachment to mother and life satisfaction in children. For this purpose, a structural equation model was developed to analyze the data collected from 293 elementary school students aged 11-12. The major findings are as follows. First, attachment to mother significantly predicted life satisfaction in children. Second, attachment to mother significantly predicted hope in children. Third, hope significantly predicted life satisfaction in children. Fourth, hope partially mediated the relationship between attachment to mother and life satisfaction in children. Based on these findings, this study concludes with implications for counseling practices with child clients and parents education, addressing limitations and proposals for further research.
