보육교사의 부모와의 아동기경험이 교사민감성에 미치는 영향: 자기분화의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Effects of Childhood Experience on Teacher Sensitivity: A Mediational Effect of Self-Differentiation

본 연구는 서울과 경기도의 영아반을 담임하고 있는 보육교사를 대상으로 보육교사의 부모 와의 아동기경험이 교사민감성에 미치는 영향에 있어서 자기분화의 매개효과가 있는지를 검증하여 보육교사의 아동기경험 및 자기분화가 교사민감성에 미치는 영향력의 양상을 파 악하고자 하였다. 아동기경험은 Epstein(1983)의 부모-또래척도를, 자기분화는 전연진(2002)의 원가족분화경험척도를, 교사민감성은 Gerber(2003)의 교사민감성척도를 사용하였다. SPSS 21.0 을 사용하여 회귀분석을 실시하고 매개효과 검증을 위해 sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과 는 첫째, 각 변인은 유의미한 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 아동기경험은 교 사민감성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아동기경험 중 독립성조장은 자기분화의 하위요인 정서적 단절, 정서적 분리, 삼각화에 간접매개효과가 나타났다. 수용은 자기분화의 하위요인 정서적 단절의 매개효과는 나타나지 않았으나, 정서적 분리와 삼각화에는 완전매 개효과가 나타났다. 본연구의 결과는 교사 양성과정의 교육 내용 및 현직 보수교육과정의 내용을 구성하는 데에 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of childhood experience and self-differentiation on the teacher s sensitivity by verifying whether self-differentiation has a mediating effect on the teacher s sensitivity. 198 child care teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do self-reported measures regarding their childhood experience of family of origin, self-differentiation and teacher s sensitivity. Data were analyzed using regression analysis according to Baron & Kenny(1986) s mediating effect validation procedure and Sobel test was performed for statistical verification. The results of the study were as follows: First, each variable showed a statistically significant correlations. Second, the childhood experiences of child care teachers have an influence on teacher s sensitivity. Third, emotional discontinuation, emotional separation, and triangulation moderated the effect of independence facilitation during childhood on teacher sensitivity. The effect of acceptance on teacher sensitivity was moderated by emotional separation and triangulation. The results of this study can be used as basic data for organizing contents of curriculum for child care teachers or preliminary child care teachers to improve teacher-child relationships.
