In order to study the aggression, known to be etiologic factor of psychology and personality in cardiovascular disorder, Buss-Durkee Inventory was administered to 92 cardiovascular disorder patients and 92 healthy subjects. The scores were analyzed as to sex, age, diagnosis and each subscales. The results were as follows: 1. The scores of aggression in the cardiovascular disorder patients were higher than those inhealthy subjects. 2. The pattern of aggression was severe in verbal aggression and assault but negativism was of no significance. 3. The scores of aggression in the cardiovascular disorder patients were high in male and in the forties of both sexes. The scores of hostility in female patients were higher than those in male.
