『Smart Work Group』Learning Community Development Process: Case Study

본 연구는 실천적 학습공동체의 발전과정을 심도 있게 살펴봄으로써 학습공동체의 활성화 방안 탐색을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해『스마트워크그룹』을 연구대상으로 선택하여 심층면담과 참여 관찰을 주요 연구방법으로 질적 연구를 수행하였다.『스마트워크그룹』은 기술의 발전에 따라 생활세계의 일과 삶의 변화된 방식을 위한 실천적 학습에 주요한 목적을 가진 자생적이고 개방된 학습공동체다. 참여자들은 연령, 직업, 시간, 공간 등의 경계를 넘어서는 다양한 모습을 보이고 있었다. 연구결과『스마트워크그룹』의 발전과정을 5가지 의미로 구분하여 심층적으로 기술하였다. 발전과 정은 ‘호기심과 우연의 공감적 만남’, ‘열정적 학습과 지식공유’, ‘성장과 초점의 변화’, ‘반성적 성찰과 변화 탐색’, ‘변화를 위한 발전적 시도’라는 5가지 발견된 의미를 중심으로 논의하였다. 실천적 학습공동체의 활성화 방안은 성장과 성숙과정에서 발생하는 문제와 갈등 그리고 변화를 사전에 대응할 수 있도록 준비하는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 성인들의 학습을 위한 실천적 학습공동체의 향후 연구를 위한 제언과 시사점에 대해서 기술하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore how to activate the learning community by taking an in-depthlook at the development process of a practical learning community. To do this,『Smart Work Group』wasselected as the study object to conduct in-depth interviews and observation of participation as the mainmethod of study. The Smart Work Group is a self-contained, open learning community with a primarypurpose in practical learning for changing ways of work and life in the living world as technologyadvances. Participants showed various shapes beyond the boundaries of age, occupation, time, and space.As a result of the research, the development process of the『Smart Work Group』is divided into fivemeanings and described in depth. The process of development was identified as ‘curiosity and coincidentalsympathetic encounters , ‘enthusiastic learning and sharing of knowledge , ‘change of growth and focus ,‘search for reflection and change , and ‘developmental attempt for change The meaning was discussed.The way of activation of the practical learning community is to prepare to deal with the problems,conflicts and changes that occur in the process of growth and maturity in advance. Based on the resultsof this study, the suggestions and implications for the future study of the practical learning community foradult learning were described.
