심리극에 반영된 감독자의 성격 및 역전이

Effect of Director’s Personality and Countertransference on Psychodrama

This research was done from Septem ber 13, 1983 to March 27, 1984 with the help of 9 spontaneousparticipants of a womans‘ university students whose major was educational psychology. Professional training was done by means of simulated psychodrama which was performed one or two times a week totalling up to 32 sessions and the following results were obtained. 1. Eight participants who were given director role play revealed certain relationship between personality type and directors action position. Author found that 4 participants with aggressive personality type showed interview position while2 participants with dependent personality type showed observer position and 2 participants with obessive or avoidant personality type showed spectator position. 2. The effect of psychodram a according to personality type indicated that aggressive personality group showed high participation rate, showed problems with father and sibiling, had characteristics: of impunitiveness ego-defense type in terms of psychological test, showed relatively positive interview director’s action position and achieved good psychodram atic effect. However dependent personality group showed low participation rate, showed problems with mother, had characteristics of extrapunitiveness obstacle-dominance type in terms of psychological test, showed relatively passive spectater director’s action position and achieved low psychodramatic effect. 3. The fact that high awareness of countertransference and its low influence on psychodram a was found among following participants. : Participants who were seniors, who had high frequency of psychodram a participation, who had aggressive personality type, whose MMPI and pesonality test results were within normal range, and show ed im punitive direction of aggression in Picture-Frustration test, and who showed interview director’s action position.
