Our country have many serious probelms of mental health services for chronic psychiatric patients such as facilities, mental health professionals, resources and systems. On nation’s way to build a social security, all together with the nation and we must try to search and develop ideal resolutions and systems of mental health service for chronic psychiatric patients. Therefore， author reviewed and attempted to point out that problems of community mental health service and asylum in developed country, especially in united state, and strategy and planing for mental health act.
