A Case of Acute Brain Syndrome with Combined Administration of Lithium and Chlorpromazine

The authors have observed one case of acute brain syndrome associated w ith combined administration of lith ium and chlorpromazine. The case was 35 years old male manic patient, who developed acute brain sydrome at the 64th hospital day during lithium and chlorpromazine combined threapy. After the drugs were discontinued these symtoms completely disappeared within a few days.
