The purpose of this study aimed to design a music program which helps a learner to develop his or her musical problem-solving ability and musical creativity and to investigate the possibility of a teaching with the Internet Problem Based Learning music class by applying the program into the lasses. For the purpose of this study, Internet PBL applied music program was developed and applied to 43 fourth graders in an elementary school. The program focused on the following factors; a learner`s acquisition of music contents, his or her experiencers as a self-directed learner and as a cooperative learner through group-based classes, the relations between the problems involved in the actual features of music and the learner`s interest and concern for learning. The homepage for Internet PBL aimed to design two music instruct Samulnori impressions of string instruments . The conclusions were as follows; First, The students developed in musical understaning, musical activitives which helps a learner to collect Internet multimedia Second, the students learned in a self-directed way by, for example, selecting an assignment that fit their own musical ability, aptitude, need, and interest for musical ploblem. finding an Internet multimedia. Third, the students exchanged of Internet multimedia with homepage, which proves that a Internet PBL based music class has influence on students` musical partnership. Fourth, a learner in taken part in learning as a cooperative learner solving problem with other students. The teacher could observe students` musical responses in Samulnori concert and discussion of string instruments .
