서울지역 대학주도 방과후학교 (예비)사회적기업 음악교육프로그램 만족도 및 요구분석연구

A Satisfaction and Demander Requirement Analysis Study on the University-led After School (Preliminary) Social Corporation Music Education Programs in Seoul area

본 연구는 교육부의 정책사업으로 대학주도 방과후학교 (예비)사회적기업 발굴·육성사업을 통해 서울지역의 방과후학교 음악교육프로그램 실시하고 있는 학생 및 교원을 대상으로 만족도 및 요구분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 수강료 수준에 대한 인식은 대부분 만족하고 있었으며 학생ㆍ학부모의 사교육비 절감에 도움을 주고 있었으며 수업환경에 대한 만족도는 대부분 높게 나타났다. 학생의 교사 만족도와 전체 음악교육프로그램 만족도는 학년이 높아질수록 낮게 나타났으며 전체 음악교육프로그램 만족도는 참여 횟수 와 시간이 높을수록 높게 나타났다. 개선점으로는 장기적인 음악활동지원과 다양한 프로그램 개발 순으로 나타났으며 학생의 경우 다양한 프로그램 개발이 가장 높게 나타났다. 참여 동기는 수요가자 원하는 프로그램이라는 이유가 가장 높게 나타났다. 대학주도 방과후학교 사회적기업의 음악교육프로그램이 중장기적으로 발전하기 위해서는 수요자 중심으로 운영되는 방과후학교의 특징을 고려하여 적절한 수강료 수준을 유지하고 수요자의 요구에 적합하며 학년별 수준에 맞는 다양한 프로그램 개발을 통해 학교현장에 공급하여야 할 것이다. 또한 비교적 많은 횟수와 시간동안 교육이 가능하도록 장기적으로 지원하여 음악을 즐기고 생활화 할 수 있도록 해주어야 할 것이다.

This study conducted a Satisfaction and Demander Requirement analysis survey on the students and faculty who are participating in a music education programs after school hours in the Seoul area through a university-led after school (preliminary) social corporation discovery/promotion project along with the Ministry of Education`s policy project. As a result of the study, as for perception on the tuition level, most of the respondents were satisfied and was helping with reducing private education expenses of the students and school parents. The satisfaction level regarding class environment was mostly high. The students` satisfaction level on the teachers and overall music education programs showed a decline as the school year increased, and as for the satisfaction level on the overall music education program, the satisfaction was higher for more frequent participation and time. In terms of improvement points, results showed long-term music activities support and various program development in order, and in the case of students, various program development was the highest answered. As for participation motivations, the highest reason was that the programs are in favor with the demanders. In order for the music education program of university-led after school social corporation to develop for a mid/long term period, appropriate tuition levels should be maintained and contents should be provided to the school scene through various program development suitable for each school year at the requests of the demanders, considering the characteristics of after school classes focused on the demanders. Also, long-term support enabling comparatively frequent education should take place to allow enjoying music and making it a way of life.
