실용음악분야의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 분류체계에 관한 연구

A Study on the Development of National Competency Standards Classification System in the Field of Applied Music

본 연구에서는 현재 실용음악분야의 NCS 분류체계에 대한 문제점을 제기하였고, 소분류로는 실용음악, 세분류에 1) 실용음악공연과 2) 실용음악제작을 제안하였다. 또한 실용음악 전문가협의 및 연구수행과정을 통해 NCS 실용음악분야의 단위능력 및 단위능력요소를 도출하여 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개인의 역량 및 직무에 관한 연구가 부족한 실용음악학계에 직무능력이라는 분류요소를 제기함으로써, 실용음악의 인적자원개발분야에 관한 논의를 확대할 수 있는 계기를 제공하고, 개발이 진행 중에 있는 NCS의 분류요소에 대한 대안을 제시함으로써 실용음악분야 NCS분류체계를 바로 세우고 실무현장을 반영한 효과적인 NCS분류체계를 만들 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study discussed the issues of the current NCS(National Competency Standards) categorization system in practical music and, as an alternative, it proposed practical music as a sub-category, and 01. practical music performance and 02. practical music production as the detailed categories. Also it established and proposed unit capacity and unit capacity elements through the discussion of practical music specialists and research processes. It is expected that by raising the issue of job performance in the practical music field where there is a shortage of research on individual capacity and tasks, this study will point out the errors of the NCS categorization system that is currently in development and present an alternative to the NCS categorization system so as to correct the NCS categorization system in practical music and create a new NCS categorization system that is suitable for the field. Future research should focus on promoting the curriculum development that uses job performance through discussions among practical music specialists by specialization and research processes, which it is believed will make a substantial contribution to the establishment of specialization in the study of practical music and practical music industry.
