This cases has been misdiagnosed as an idiopathic epilepsy, thus appropriate teatment has not: been not been given, and seizure has not been, succesfully controlled. Since the epileptiform seizure secondary to hypolycemia can easily be misdiagnosed and the、 E. E. G. is not always helpful for differential, diagnosis from idiopathic epilepsy, this case; reminds us that the careful history taking is always essential even in simple epileptic case.
