Schizophrenia, Schizotypal and Delusional disorders A Field Trial of DCR-10 1990 Draft(l)

An interrater reliabilty test for schizophrenia spectrum disorders of DCR-10 1990 draft was conducted along with subjective ratings of confidence and easy or difficuty of diagnostic process, and this is a part of WHO field trial of DCR-10-1990 draft. The results of this study were as follows ; 1) Subjective ratings of confidence and easy or difficulty of diagnostic process for main diagnoses were rated above moderate. 2) Kappa coefficients for interrater reliability was 0.62 for schizophrenia spectrum disorders, Kappa coefficient for schizophrenia and acute or transient psychotic disorder was 0.54 and 0.70 respectively. But that for schizotypal disorder, schizoaffective disorder and delusional disorder was below 0.31.
