음주 상태에서 Doxylamine(Zamero？？)의 과량복용 후 나타난 섬망상태 1례

A Case of Delirium Following the Overdose of Doxylamine and Alcohol Ingestion

We report a case of delirium induced by doxylamine poisoning in drunkenness. The patient was a 31-year-old married businessman without history of psychiatric illness. He inqested overdose of doxylar ine whol for the purpose of suicide. He showed a delivium caused by hypoglycemia and anticholinergic symptoms possibly inceduced by alcohol and doxylamine poisoning. The patient gradually recovered from delirium whith the administration of glucose and symptomatic treatment.
