Author studied about the hallucinations of schizophrenic patients who were being hospitalized in Seoul National University Hospital during one year, from April 1971 to March 1972. The results were: 1. The themes of hallucination are highly correlated with patients’ delusional idea. 2. The hallucinations disappear more rapidly than the delusion. 3. Auditory hallucinations are most frequently seen in schizophrenics and tactile hallucinations are rare in this country. 4. Persecutory and instructory voice are more frequently heard and spiritual and important person of patient are more frequently seen
