The author reports on three patients who showed the very similar symptoms to those of Gi de la Tourette s disease consisting of multiple and various kinds of psychotic feature with lapse of time after the first case had been diagn< as conversion reaction and the other case as s< zophrenia. The third case of them was diagnosed as Gi de la Tourette’s disease, which showed symp aggravation or remission according to her situat: On the basis of these cases, I was much impre that there might be the psychopathological cor ations of Gilles de la Tourette s disease to conver reaction, obsessive-compulsive neurosis, and S zophrenia.
