핵심역량 함양을 위한 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정 실행 방안 탐색

Action Plans of Music Education for Enhancing Core Competencies

본 연구의 목적은 핵심역량 증진을 위한 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정의 실행 방안을 학교 수준에서 교육과정 재구성, 교수·학습, 평가를 중심으로 제시하는 것이다. 첫째, 교육과정 재구성과 관련해서는 역량 기반 국가 수준 음악과 교육과정을 중심으로 음악 수업의 방향 설정, 수업 목표 설정과 내용 구성, 성취 기준에 따른 음악 수업 목표 구체화와 수업 내용 상세화, 수업 방법 계획 및 자료 개발, 평가 계획 및 도구 개발을 계획하고 실천하는 과정을 구안하였다. 둘째, 교수·학습 방법에서는 수업 계획에 따른 수업 실행을 위해서는 교과 역량 중심으로 학습 내용을 재구성하며, 이 내용을 적절한 수업 과정과 전략으로 구현하기 위하여, 교과 역량 중심의 내용 재구성 예시와 이에 따른 수업 과정과 전략을 제시하였다. 셋째, 역량을 반영한 수업 계획과 실행에 따른 평가를 위하여 음악 교과에 적합한 평가의 관점과 기준, 평가의 내용과 시기, 방법 등을 포함한 다양한 평가 도구의 제시하였다. 또한 음악 교과의 특성을 바탕으로 교과 역량 실현에 적절한 교수·학습, 성취 기준에 근거한 과정 중심 등의 다양한 평가 도구 개발 및 보급 방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the action (implementation) plans in curriculum reorganization, teaching·learning methods and strategies, and education assessment in order to identify methods of improving music competencies. The result of this study is as follows. First, the curriculum reorganization included the process of setting goals and content configuration, actualizing and specifying music instruction in accordance with the achievement standards, planning teaching methods and materials, and assessment plans and tools. Second, in teaching·learning methods, contents of music competencies needed to be reconstructed in accordance with lesson plans and implemented an appropriate courses and strategies. Therefore, this study presented subsequent reconfiguration examples and strategies of music lessons in elementary and middle schools. Third, examples of various assessment tools including assessment perspective (viewpoints of assessment) and criteria, contents and time, and methods were suggested for the proper evaluation of the competency-based lesson plans and practices. Support systems suggested the flexible time operations and educational environments, appropriate teaching·learning methods for applying competency based music lessons, a variety of assessment tools and dissemination measures, such as process oriented assessment based on the achievement standards.
