Improving Content and Method of Evaluation for Orchestra of Drea

본 연구는 한국형 엘 시스테마 ‘꿈의 오케스트라’ 평가체제에 대한 존치의 당위성을 검토하고, 개선이 필요한 부분이 있다면 수정 제안의 근거를 제시하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 그리하여 선정된 연구 참여자인 8명의 교육전문가는 ‘꿈의 오케스트라 모니터링 평가지’를 분석한 후, 커크패트릭(Kirkpatrick)의 4단계 평가모형 중 2단계 즉, ‘반응’, ‘학습’의 수준까지 적용·개발된 리커트(Likert) 5점 척도의 폐쇄형 및 개방형 설문 14 문항에 응답하였다. 연구자는 설문지 회수후, 삼각측정법(Triangulation)의 관점에서 그에 대한 결과를 분석하고, 개선 방법에 대한 제언을 도출할 수 있었는데, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생 및 학부모의 모니터링 평가모형이 추가적으로 제안되어야 한다. 둘째, 상시 모니터링 평가체제로의 전환이 필요하다. 마지막으로, 꿈의 오케스트라의 시작과 함께 세워졌던 기존의 목표와 원칙을 근간으로 한 평가문항의 검토 및 수정이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to review the legitimacy of evaluation system for the Korean El sistema “Orchestra of Dream”, and then to propose modifications if it’s needed. The 8 selected education experts analyzed monitoring evaluation form for “Orchestra of Dream”, and then responded to 14 closed and open questionnaire of Likert 5 point scale which is applied to the level of ‘Response’ and ‘Learning’ in Kirkpatrick’s 4 stage evaluation model. Therefore, after the questionnaire retrieval, the researchers analyzed the results of the triangulation method and proposed some suggestions for improvement. First, a monitoring and evaluation model for students and parents should be additionally proposed. Second, it is necessary to switch to more frequent monitoring systems. Finally, it is required to review and revise the evaluation items based on the existing goals and principles that were established with the start of “Orchestra of Dream.”
