Investigation on Improvement of music item through analyzing qualification examination for elementary, middle, and high school graduation

이 연구는 초 · 중 · 고졸 검정고시 음악 문항 분석을 통하여 문항 개발을 위한 개선 방향을 제시하고자 함이다. 이를 위하여 먼저 검정고시 관련 정책 및 연구를 바탕으로 전반적인 검정고시 제도의 현황을 살펴보았다. 이어서 최근 2년간 (2014-2015년) 총 4회에 걸쳐 실시된 음악 검정고시 문항을 분석하였는데, 초 · 중 · 고졸 검정고시 문항을 각각 출제 내용 및 형식으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 검정고시 문항 분석 결과를 바탕으로 쟁점을 도출하여 음악 검정고시 문항 개발을 위한 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 개선 방안은 첫째, 문항의 내용적 측면과 관련하여 음악 개념들 간, 음악 개념과 표현 활동들 간 연계 문항 출제, 일상생활 소재 활용 출제 등을, 둘째, 문항의 형식적 측면과 관련하여 문항 구성의 다양화, 실음 활용 구성 등을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore a direction for improvement of music item through analyzing the types of questions in qualification examination for the elementary, middle, and high school graduation. For this objective, various literatures and materials were analyzed and examined: the direction and guideline for national qualification examination, qualification examination-related law, and music national curriculum. Next, the researcher analyzed the 280 items in the music subject in qualification examination for the elementary, middle, and high school graduation from 2014 to 2015. Finally, the direction for improvement of qualification examination was summarized depending on two categories; item content and format. For the first category, the followings directions were suggested; 1) the necessity of the connection items among musical concepts as well as between musical concept and activities, 2) the application of music content and materials be associated with our daily lifes. For the second category, the directions were suggested as follows; 1) the utilization of various formats and the types of questions, expecially in qualification examination for the high school graduation, 2) paper test item through listening to music. This study makes some implications for the future study in improvement of qualification examination.
