대학 음악 교양교육에서 학습동기가 학습몰입, 교육만족도 및 학습지속의도에 미치는 영향 연구

A Study on the Effect of Learning Motivation in University Music Education on Learning Flow, Educational Satisfaction and Intention to Continue Learning

본 연구의 목적은 대학 음악 교양교육의 질적 향상을 위하여 교육만족도의 영향 요인과 인과적 관계를 규명하는 것으로, 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 통하여 학습동기와 몰입을 교육만족도의 영향 요인으로 제시하고 실증분석을 통해 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 연구결과, 내재적 동기와 외재적 동기는 교육만족도와 학습만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 무동기는 학습몰입에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습몰입은 교육만족도와 학습지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 교육만족도는 학습지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따른 시사점으로 대학 음악 교양교육의 질적 향상을 위하여 학습동기를 유발하고 학습에 몰입 할 수 있는 교육 환경을 제공함으로써 학습자의 교육만족도를 제고하도록 노력하여야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between factors affecting educational satisfaction to qualitatively improve university music education, and through this causal relationships were investigated through analysis of actual proof and factors in educational satisfaction affecting learning motivation and flow were proposed through literature review. Research results showed that internal and external motivation had a positive effect on educational satisfaction and intention to continue learning, while amotivation had a negative effect on learning flow. Furthermore, learning flow had a positive effect on educational satisfaction and intention to continue learning, and educational satisfaction had a positive effect on intention to continue learning. Implications of these results suggest a need to aim to improve students’ educational satisfaction by providing an educational environment that can inspire academic motivation and immersion in learning to qualitatively improve university music education.
