2009 개정 통합 교육과정에 따른 ‘통합교과’ 중 ‘즐거운 생활’의 교육과정과 교과서 분석

An Analysis of 2009 Revised National Curriculum and Text Books based on Integrated Subjects of Pleasant Life

본 연구의 목적은 2009 개정 통합 교육과정과 2007 개정 통합 교육과정을 비교하고, 2009 개정 통합교과의 ‘즐거운 생활’ 교과서를 분석하여 이를 중심으로 바람직한 음악 활동이 이루어지기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 2009 개정 통합 교육과정은 ‘바른 생활’과 ‘슬기로운 생활’이 주제 중심으로 연계되어, 8개의 대주제와 4개의 소주제로 이루어졌다. 교과서는 각 대주제에 따라 학년별로 1권과 2권으로 나뉘어 각 8권으로 구성되었다. 주제중심의 통합교과에서 바람직한 음악활동을 위한 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 저학년의 음악적 발달 단계에 따른 음악학습이 필요하다. 둘째, 주제를 조망하여 재구성할 수 있는 교사의 재량과 수업 운영 능력이 요구된다. 셋째, ‘즐거운 생활’ 음악교과의 제재곡 외에도 다양한 악곡과 음악활동이 가능한 학습지도방안 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of the present study is to compare 2007 and 2009 revised national curriculum, particularly to analyze textbooks on “pleasant life” of integrated subjects in order to provide a direction of “pleasant life” for music education. The 2009 revised national curriculum consisted on 8 major themes and 4 minor themes pertaining to “wise life” in education. For music education pertaining to these themes, the followings are offered for effective music activity. First, there is a need for appropriate music education for primary education students related to their development levels. Second, there is a need to develop concrete education and lesson plan for various music pieces along with those from “pleasant life.” Third, there is a need for teachers’ ability to conduct and re-organize musical activities around the revised national curriculum themes.
