실행공동체를 활용한 중학교 음악수업에서의 협동학습

Cooperative Learning Based on Communities of Practice in Secondary School

본 연구에서는 실행공동체의 개념과 이론을 살펴보고, 2009 개정 음악과 교육과정 중 협동학습에 관한 내용들을 분석하고, 실행공동체를 활용한 교수-학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 2009 개정 음악과 교육과정을 중심으로 한 중등음악교과서를 분석한 결과 다양한 협동학습 모형을 활용한 구체적인 협동학습의 틀을 제안할 필요가 있다. 실행공동체를 활용한 협동학습을 위해서는 공통된 관심사를 활용한 협동학습, 구성원들간의 관계 쌓기, 협동학습의 가치 발견, 친숙함과 새로움의 결합, 다양한 방식의 참여 방법, 교사들의 역할이 중요하다.

The purpose of this study was to explain the definition and principles of communities of practice, analyze activities for cooperative learning in 2009 Revised Music Curriculum, and devise music lesson plans based on communities of practice. The analysis of the 2009 Revised Music Curriculum showed that more specific lesson plans using various forms based on cooperative learning needed to be designed. To cultivate communities of practice in music classrooms, various elements should be implemented: using common interests among group members, building a relationship, focusing on value, combining familiarity and excitement, inviting different levels of participation, and engaging teachers in activities. Recommendations for future research were mentioned.
