유아교사의 국악교육에 대한 인식과 지도능력 및 현황에 관한 실태조사

A Studies on Early Childhood Teacher’s Recognition, Ability, and Application of Korean Traditional Music Education

본 연구는 유아교육기관에 근무하고 있는 교사들의 국악교육에 대한 인식과 지도능력, 그리고 적용현황을 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 인천광역시에 소재한 공. 사립유치원과 어린이집에 재직하고 있는 교사들 90명에게 설문지를 배부하였다. 회수된 73명 중에 응답이 완성되지 않았거나 잘못 표기된 13부는 제외하고 60부를 최종 분석 하였다. 연구 분석결과에 의하면 교사들이 유아국악교육의 필요함을 인식하고 있으나 교사들의 기초적인 실기능력과 지식 등의 지도능력이 부족하여 활동이 원활하지 않거나 부담을 느끼는 교사들이 상당수인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 현황을 개선하기 위해 교사들에게 일회성으로 그치지 않고 지속적으로 교사교육을 위한 교육프로그램이 제공되고 이를 실현할 수 있는 교재와 음악, 그 밖의 영상자료 등의 교수학습방법 지원 마련이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 또 교사들을 위한 국악교육이 체계적이고 안정화되기 위해서는 유아교사들의 학습경험과 국악교육에 대한 인식, 지도능력 등을 파악하고 국악교육에 대한 지식과 교수학습방법 지원을 위한 교사교육 체제마련과 재교육 기회 확대 등의 지원방안이 정책적으로 모색되어야 함을 논의하였다.

In this paper, we propose an efficient dynamic workload balancing strategy which improves the performance of high-performance computing system. The key idea of this dynamic workload balancing strategy is to minimize execution time of each job and to maximize the system throughput by effectively using system resource such as CPU, memory. Also, this strategy dynamically allocates job by considering demanded memory size of executing job and workload status of each node. If an overload node occurs due to allocated job, the proposed scheme migrates job, executing in overload nodes, to another free nodes and reduces the waiting time and execution time of job by balancing workload of each node. Through simulation, we show that the proposed dynamic workload balancing strategy based on CPU, memory improves the performance of high-performance computing system compared to previous strategies.
