움직임이 있는 능동적 음악 감상 교수 학습 방안 모색

Exploring Measures on Teaching and Learning Methods for Music Appreciation Classes with Active Movements -Concentrated on the 3rd grade in Elementary Schools-

본 연구의 목적은 학생들의 ‘감상하기’ 활동의 호응도와 만족도를 높이고, 교사들의 감상수업 방법개선 및 새로운 방 안을 제시하는 것이다. 초등학교 교사들과 학생들의 음악 감상 교수 학습 활동에 대한 인식․실태조사에서 응답한 다수의 교사들은 감상활동이 다른 음악활동에 비해 소극적이며, 학생들의 감상수업에 대한 호응도와 만족도 역시 그리 높지 않 으며 무엇보다 감상 수업 방법에 변화가 필요하고, ICT 등 자료를 중심으로 한 수업 의존도를 낮출 필요가 있다고 말한 다. 2013. 4. 광주광역시 한 초등학교에서 실시한 활동과 함께 하는 음악감상 수업 공개를 통해 얻어진 결과를 기초로 초 등학교 수업과정에 맞춰 실제 적용이 가능할 수 있는 모델과 수업 안을 제시하였다. 능동적 활동을 통한 음악 감상 수업 을 위해 교사의 역할은 매우 중요하며, 다음 두 가지 내용을 중심으로 섬세한 수업 준비가 필요하다. 첫째, ‘주제 선율(들)을 중성음절을 이용해 노래로 소개하기’, 둘째, ‘주제 선율(들)에 맞추어 활동할 신체표현 또는 움직임 소개하기’ 등이다.

The aim of the study was to provide a new teaching and learning methods for music appreciation classes in which the both teachers and students can be more satisfied. In order to provide more enjoyable and enthusiastic music appreciation and applicable instructions or teaching methods put right into actual classes in schools, a teaching and learning plan and model of music appreciation classes has been provided. In the methods two things are added that a teacher can introduce the theme melodic lines of the music singing with neutral syllables and the body expressions and movements with the theme melody. This study begins with raising a question that why the degree of satisfaction for music appreciation classes with both teachers and students is getting lower. A survey to understand the circumstances and understandings of them was undertaken. The result of the survey shows that the most teachers participated with the survey are low in their class performing satisfaction. They felt that some changes of the teaching methods in terms of music appreciation need to be done. The students are complaint about their teacher s long explanation about the music he/she would teach and appeal that listening to the music without any movements.
